5. Product and Website Information
We endeavour to provide reasonably accurate information about products offered through our website.
Information may include:
- product descriptions;
- ingredients;
- traditional Ayurvedic information;
- recommended usage;
- wellness information;
- product images;
- educational content; and
- general health information.
However, manufacturers may update formulations, packaging, labels, artwork or instructions.
Customers should always review the physical product label before using a product.
If you notice a material discrepancy between the website information and the product received, please contact us before using the product.
6. Important Health & Medical Information
| Topic | Important Information |
|---|---|
| Medical Advice | Website information is not individualized medical advice |
| Diagnosis | Do not use our website to independently diagnose a medical condition |
| Prescription Medicines | Do not discontinue or modify prescribed treatment based solely on website content |
| Results | Individual results may vary |
| Natural Products | “Natural”, “herbal” or “Ayurvedic” does not automatically mean risk-free |
| Allergies | Review ingredients before use |
| Pregnancy/Breastfeeding | Seek appropriate professional advice before use where relevant |
| Existing Conditions | Consult an appropriate healthcare professional where necessary |
| Medicines/Supplements | Consider potential interactions and seek professional advice where appropriate |
| Emergency | Contact appropriate emergency medical services, not ordinary customer support |
7. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
MY AYURVEDICS is primarily an e-commerce business.
Merely:
- visiting our website;
- reading our content;
- viewing a product;
- contacting ordinary customer support;
- purchasing a product; or
- using a product
does not establish a doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient or other healthcare-professional relationship between you and MY AYURVEDICS.
Where we separately provide access to a qualified professional, that service may be governed by additional terms applicable to that service.
8. No Substitute for Medical Advice
Website content is intended for general informational and educational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
You should not rely solely upon website information to:
- diagnose a disease;
- discontinue prescribed medicine;
- alter prescribed dosage;
- postpone necessary medical treatment;
- ignore significant symptoms; or
- manage a medical emergency.
Seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional where necessary.
9. Ayurvedic, Herbal and Natural Products
Descriptions such as “Ayurvedic”, “herbal”, “traditional”, “natural” or similar terminology should not be interpreted as meaning that a product:
- is suitable for every individual;
- cannot cause an allergic reaction;
- cannot interact with medication;
- has no possible adverse effects;
- guarantees a particular result; or
- can replace necessary medical treatment.
Products should be used according to their applicable labels, directions, precautions and warnings.
10. No Guaranteed Cure or Result
MY AYURVEDICS does not intend to promise or guarantee a medical cure or specific health outcome unless a particular claim is lawfully permitted and appropriately substantiated.
Individual experiences may vary based on factors such as:
- age;
- lifestyle;
- diet;
- health status;
- existing conditions;
- medicines;
- allergies;
- duration of use; and
- individual biological differences.
Testimonials, reviews and individual customer experiences should not be treated as guarantees that another person will obtain the same outcome.
11. Medical Precautions
You should seek appropriate professional advice before using a relevant product, particularly if you:
- are pregnant or breastfeeding;
- are trying to conceive;
- are purchasing for a child;
- are elderly or medically vulnerable;
- have known allergies;
- have a chronic health condition;
- have liver or kidney problems;
- have diabetes or cardiovascular conditions;
- are preparing for surgery;
- take prescription medication;
- use multiple supplements; or
- are receiving ongoing medical treatment.
This is not an exhaustive list.
12. Allergies and Adverse Reactions
Customers should review the ingredients and warnings provided with the product before use.
Do not knowingly use a product containing an ingredient to which you are allergic or hypersensitive.
If an unexpected or adverse reaction occurs:
- discontinue use where appropriate;
- seek appropriate medical assistance where necessary; and
- report the issue to us if you believe it relates to the product.
For serious reactions or medical emergencies, obtain appropriate emergency medical assistance immediately rather than waiting for a response from MY AYURVEDICS.
13. Directions, Dosage and Storage
Products should be used in accordance with applicable:
- directions;
- recommended dosage;
- precautions;
- contraindications;
- storage requirements; and
- expiry/best-before information.
Do not exceed a recommended dosage simply because a product is described as herbal, natural or Ayurvedic.
14. Regulatory and Government Endorsement Disclaimer
A manufacturing licence, registration or regulatory authorization does not automatically mean that a product is endorsed, recommended or guaranteed by the Government of India, Ministry of AYUSH or another government authority.
MY AYURVEDICS does not intend to represent products as “Government guaranteed”, “Ministry of AYUSH approved” or similarly endorsed merely because an applicable manufacturer or product possesses a licence or registration.
Any regulatory reference should be understood according to its actual legal scope.
15. Product Images and Packaging
Product images are intended to reasonably represent the relevant product.
Actual appearance may vary slightly because of:
- screen settings;
- photography;
- lighting;
- packaging updates;
- artwork changes; or
- manufacturer updates.
Where there is a material discrepancy affecting the identity, quality, safety or agreed characteristics of the product, please contact us.
16. Orders and Availability
Products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your cart does not necessarily reserve inventory.
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s), subject to these Terms.
We may reasonably verify:
| Check | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Stock | Product availability |
| Payment | Successful/authorized payment |
| Address | Delivery feasibility |
| Fraud | Transaction security |
| Pricing | Obvious pricing or technical errors |
| Regulatory | Applicable sales or delivery restrictions |
An order may be rejected or cancelled where reasonably necessary and legally permissible.
17. Order Cancellation by MY AYURVEDICS
We may cancel or refuse an order because of circumstances including:
- stock unavailability;
- payment failure;
- suspected fraud;
- unauthorized payment;
- duplicate orders;
- incorrect customer information;
- technical errors;
- obvious pricing errors;
- delivery restrictions;
- product recall;
- regulatory restrictions;
- safety concerns; or
- circumstances making fulfilment impossible.
Where we cancel an eligible prepaid order after receiving payment, the appropriate refundable amount will be processed according to applicable law and our policies.
18. Pricing, Taxes and MRP
We endeavour to display accurate pricing.
Prices may change before an order is placed.
Applicable taxes, delivery charges or other mandatory charges will be displayed as required during the purchase process.
Where a product carries a legally applicable Maximum Retail Price (MRP), MY AYURVEDICS does not intend to sell that product above the legally permissible MRP.
If an obvious technical pricing error occurs, we may contact the customer and take appropriate action subject to applicable consumer law.
19. Payments
Payments may be processed through independent:
- payment gateways;
- banks;
- card networks;
- UPI providers; and
- other payment service providers.
These providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Payment Security
MY AYURVEDICS customer support will not ordinarily ask you to disclose your:
- UPI PIN;
- card PIN;
- internet-banking password;
- CVV; or
- OTP for us to manually complete a payment.
Please report suspicious payment requests immediately.
20. Shipping and Delivery
Our standard delivery target is generally approximately 7 days from successful order confirmation/payment, unless a different delivery estimate is displayed or communicated for a particular order.
Actual delivery may depend upon:
- destination;
- courier serviceability;
- order processing;
- public holidays;
- weather;
- transport conditions;
- customer availability; and
- circumstances outside reasonable control.
Complete terms are provided in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
21. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Please verify your:
- recipient name;
- complete address;
- landmark where necessary;
- postcode;
- telephone number; and
- other required delivery details.
Incorrect information may result in delay, failed delivery or return-to-origin.
Nothing in this clause removes rights available under applicable law.
22. Returns and Refunds
Quick Return Rules
| Situation | General Policy |
|---|---|
| Changed your mind | No return/refund merely for change of mind |
| Product no longer wanted | Generally not returnable |
| Taste/smell preference | Generally not a return reason by itself |
| Expected personal result not achieved | Generally not a refund reason by itself |
| Wrong product supplied | Eligible for investigation/remedy |
| Product materially damaged | Eligible for investigation/remedy |
| Product defective/deficient | Applicable statutory remedies remain available |
| Suspected counterfeit/spurious product | Eligible for investigation |
| Materially different product | Eligible for investigation/remedy |
| Legally qualifying late delivery | Applicable remedies remain available |
Because our products may include consumable, ingestible, Ayurvedic, herbal, personal-care, wellness and hygiene-sensitive products, we generally do not accept returns merely because a customer changes their mind after delivery.
This helps protect product integrity, hygiene, authenticity and safety.
Please read our separate Refund & Return Policy for complete details.
23. Statutory Consumer Rights
Our no-change-of-mind policy does not eliminate mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to applicable law and verification, remedies may be available where goods are:
- defective;
- deficient;
- damaged;
- spurious or counterfeit;
- materially different from the product ordered;
- materially inconsistent with represented characteristics; or
- delivered late where applicable law provides a remedy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
24. Opened or Used Products
Opened or used products generally cannot be returned merely because:
- you changed your mind;
- you dislike the taste, smell or texture;
- you expected a different personal result; or
- you no longer want the product.
However, opening or using a product does not automatically extinguish a statutory claim where a genuine defect, safety problem or other qualifying issue could reasonably only be discovered after opening or use.
25. Cancellation by Customer
Customers should request cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order.
Cancellation may be possible before the order has been substantially processed, packed or handed to the courier.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible.
Complete rules are available in our Cancellation Policy.
26. Product Quality Complaints
If you believe there is a product-quality issue, contact us at:
support@myayurvedics.com
+91 96105 98925
Where relevant, please provide:
| Required Information | Example |
|---|---|
| Order | Order number |
| Product | Product name |
| Batch | Batch/lot number |
| Dates | Manufacturing/expiry details |
| Evidence | Clear photographs/video where relevant |
| Issue | Description of damage, defect or concern |
Please retain the product and original packaging while the complaint is being investigated unless keeping the product would create a safety risk.
27. White-Label Product Complaints
Because products may be manufactured by independent third parties, product-quality or manufacturing complaints may require coordination with the applicable manufacturer.
We may provide the manufacturer with relevant:
- product details;
- batch information;
- photographs;
- complaint information; and
- other information reasonably necessary for investigation.
This does not remove any statutory obligation imposed directly upon MY AYURVEDICS under applicable law.
28. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, MY AYURVEDICS owns or lawfully uses intellectual property displayed through our website, including applicable:
- brand names;
- logos;
- website content;

- fraudulent;
- defamatory;

- obscene; or
- infringing.
We may moderate content where reasonably necessary and legally permissible.

Temporary disruption may result from:
- maintenance;
- security measures;
- technical failure;
- hosting problems;
- network issues; or
- circumstances outside reasonable control.
We may correct genuine typographical, technical, pricing or informational errors when identified, subject to applicable law and existing consumer rights.
33. Product Recalls and Safety Notices
If a product becomes subject to a legitimate safety notice, regulatory action or recall, MY AYURVEDICS may take appropriate action including:
- suspending sales;
- contacting affected customers where reasonably possible;
- coordinating with the manufacturer;
- providing relevant safety instructions; and
- complying with regulatory requirements.
Customers should follow legitimate product-safety and recall instructions.
34. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MY AYURVEDICS will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss resulting solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Subject to applicable law and the facts of the individual case, MY AYURVEDICS may not be responsible for harm caused solely by:
- deliberate misuse contrary to clear product instructions;
- use despite a known and clearly disclosed allergy;
- unauthorized alteration of a product;
- use after expiry;
- improper storage after delivery;
- counterfeit products not supplied by MY AYURVEDICS; or
- using general website content as a substitute for necessary professional medical treatment.
35. Rights and Liabilities That Cannot Be Excluded
Nothing in these Terms excludes or attempts to waive:
- mandatory consumer rights;
- liability that cannot legally be excluded;
- mandatory product-safety obligations;
- applicable remedies for defective or deficient products;
- liability arising from fraud; or
- other mandatory statutory obligations.
Any limitation in these Terms shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
36. Force Majeure
Performance may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters;
- floods or fire;
- severe weather;
- epidemics or governmental restrictions;
- war or civil disturbance;
- strikes;
- transport disruption;
- courier disruption;
- telecommunications failure; or
- other comparable circumstances.
Nothing in this provision removes mandatory consumer rights that continue to apply despite such events.
37. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Information necessary to complete your transaction may need to be shared with relevant service providers such as payment processors, Shopify and logistics partners.
Please review our Privacy Policy for complete information.
